Information
Megisti is the official name of the island but it widely known as Kastellorizo. It is one of the islands of the Dodecanese. Megisti is the easternmost end of Greece. Megistis Island is 1.25 nautical miles from the southwestern Turkish coast and 72 nautical miles from Rhodes. It is 328 nautical miles from Piraeus and 150 nautical miles from Cyprus. It has a single settlement located in the central port and the port of Mandraki.
